Key Interventions & Outcomes (FY 2024-25):

• 3,737 individuals tracked for NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases) across all 4 project locations
• 230+ BCC (Behavior Change Communication) sessions conducted with key community groups such as mothers-in-law, youth, elders, and Village Sanitation Committees
• 95 community groups formed for peer education and engagement
• 484 individuals screened through multi-speciality health camps
• 77 frontline workers trained in computer skills, MS Office, and local Government Health Portals
• Provided support to the Health Department through enablement of 3,000 ABHA Cards and 2,000 Ayushman Bharat Cards in Rajasthan
• 2 Primary Health Centres (Jaguwas & Sherpur) powered with 5 kW solar panels, photovoltaic cells, carbon emission monitors, and inverters — enabling uninterrupted green energy for essential health services
• 247 individuals (~ 75% of which were women i.e. ~185) screened via health camp in Tindivanam, with subsidized advanced diagnostics like NT scans and echocardiograms

These initiatives have led to an ecosystem shift where communities are more informed and engaged in their health decisions. The digital upskilling of frontline workers enhances government service delivery, while solarized PHCs reduce dependency on unstable energy supply. With growing convergence between Panchayats, health departments, and local leadership, our efforts are paving the way for integrated, sustainable, and scalable rural healthcare models.

Key Interventions & Outcomes (till March 2025):

• 335 foundational and 115 wellness/value-based sessions delivered to children
• 87 digital literacy sessions conducted to build 21st-century competencies
• 129 students’ average scores in Math and Literacy improved by 12%
• 14 government teachers upskilled through structured capacity building modules
• 20+ parent home visits and strengthened School Management Committee (SMC) to enable co-ownership of parents in improving student learning outcomes
• Infrastructure upgrades including:
  • 2 new classrooms, 3 sanitation units, and 1 kitchen
  • 13 desks, 2 teacher tables, and 1 Smart TV for digital learning

The initiative is now recognized as a model for foundational learning and community ownership by local education authorities and received appreciation from the Chief Block Education Officer and the Panchayati Elementary Education Officer who envisioned to establish it as a flagship one-of-a-kind program that should be replicated to other schools in the district.

By equipping teachers with the tools and methodologies to deliver competency-based learning and involving parents in a child’s progress, the program fosters a robust support system around the child. With improved infrastructure and active SMC (School Management Committee) participation, these schools are evolving into sustainable, inclusive learning spaces where children not only stay enrolled, but they also thrive.

Key Interventions & Outcomes (till March 2025):

• Rejuvenation of two ponds in Behror with full site cleaning, slope reinforcement, inlet filtration, boundary wall construction, and solar lighting
• Beautification and safety enhancements around three ponds in Nalagarh including hut installation to foster social interactions and provide a space for rest and relaxation, railings for safety, plantation around the ponds to enhance the overall aesthetics of the ponds, and access pathways to enhance usability and safety at the ponds
• Establishment of RO system near one pond for community’s drinking water needs
• Training of Village Development Committees (VDCs) for ownership, maintenance and governance of water related assets
• Creation of 1.21 crore litres of rainwater storage capacity through check dam construction
• Positive impact on 1,345 hectares of agricultural land by improved irrigation access and promotion of regenerative farming techniques

These efforts are turning seasonal water bodies into permanent community resources, supporting drinking water needs, farm irrigation, and groundwater recharge. With trained VDCs (Village Development Committees) now managing assets and engaging in regular upkeep, we have transitioned to community-owned sustainable interventions. The integration of water conservation with agricultural productivity also positions these villages for improved resilience against climate volatility and resource scarcity.
